Agreement
By using jetkingpowerwash.com or booking services with JetKing Power Wash, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Estimates
Estimates are free. An estimate is based on the information available when it is given; if the job turns out to be different from what was described, we will talk with you before any change to the scope.
Services and scheduling
The work to be done is the work agreed with you before the job. Weather can affect exterior cleaning, and we may need to reschedule for safety or quality. We will let you know as early as we can.
Your property
Please make sure we can reach the areas to be cleaned, that outdoor water is available if we have agreed to use it, and that windows and doors near the work are closed. Tell us about anything fragile, loose or damaged before we start.
Satisfaction guarantee
If we miss an area covered by your service, we'll return and make it right. Please let us know about a missed area promptly after the job so we can come back and take care of it.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed with you before the work begins.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, JetKing Power Wash is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear or defects in the surfaces we clean, or for indirect or consequential losses.
